| CLAIMS |

- All claims will be finalized within 2 working days after claim forms have been submitted.
- New replacement cellphones will be delivered within 2 working days after claim has been finalized.
- Sim Swop will be arranged with immediate effect in the case of loss or theft.
- Our technical repair centre will submit B.E.R reports directly to claims no intervention needed by the client.
- Claim forms are only available on request.
